AARRKK Privacy Policy
AARRKK has reviewed the requirements of the Children's Online Personal Privacy Act (COPPA), and has determined that this web site has none of the factors indicative of a site targeted to children including subject matter, language, use of animated characters, and advertising directed to children. These factors also enter into any TV, radio, and print advertising that AARRKK may incorporate. Therefore, no portion of this site may be considered to be a "website directed to children". However, this site may attract visitors that are under the age of 13. As indicated below, AARRKK collects no personal data from visitors; only Internet Protocol addresses are collected in the standard web log records, and these just point to the time of the page view and do not provide any personal identification information.
